Lucky Dog Contracting, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), founded in 2000 by Mr. Luke Saxon. Luke honorably served in the U.S. Army as a Heavy Equipment Operator working with large scale construction projects.

Lucky Dog Contracting has been involved in government and especially the City of Colorado Springs for over 15 years. Several projects have been completed for various city departments including: Streets, Parks, Transit/Metro, PPRTA and Storm Water. Work has also been performed for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Fort Carson, Colorado and Fort Hood, Texas. Much of this work has been concrete removal and replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter, ADA ramps, asphalt patching, storm sewer repair and construction and landscaping services. We have been the sole restoration contractor for CenturyLink for the southern half of Colorado for more than 15 years, which has provided us with vast experience in the best practices for mobilization, traffic control and various construction standards for Federal, State and local government.
